POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Shipping Policies

  • In stock and drop shipped products usuall ships within 1-3 business days and is received within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping selected by the customer at the time of checkout may differ from the actual shipper at delivery.

  • Some back ordered merchandise can take up to 30 days to receive. USA Fleet Supply will notify the customer if merchandise is on back-order immediately upon processing the order. Most backorder products will show as "Backorder" on the product detail page.

  • Custom imprinted products can take up to 30 days to receive. A general time frame will be provided upon processing of the order, if not prior to receiving the order.

Returns/Cancellations

  • Merchandise may be returned if it arrives damaged, or is not the merchandise that was ordered e.g. an incorrect sku or product number.

  • Please request a "Return Label" from Customer Service in order to initiate a return. Once the merchandise is received, payment will be refunded. For more information, contact Customer Service

  • If an order is canceled by the customer after the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Canceling an order after shipping may negate any shipping discounts or free shipping received when placing the order.

  • Large products that are unable to ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx are shipped via freight. USA Fleet Supply is unable to refund any shipping charges incurred by freight companies in any circumstance. A freight company is any shipping company other than USPS, UPS or FedEx.

  • Manufactured Per Order Products are non-refundable once production begins on the product(s). Manufactured per order product orders are generally forwarded to the manufacturer within 24 hours to begin production. These items consist of most large warehouse or facility related products. If you are unsure if your product is manufactured per order, please inquie prior to ordering. Refunds cannot be issued for these items as these items are prepaid to the manufacturer and are produced solely for the order. A reurn request can be issued for manufactured per order items, if the item does not meet specified specs or regulations. Shipping/freight for the original delivery of these items is non-refundable.

Custom Products

  • Customized or Personalized products are non-refundable once the order is shipped. All Customized or Personalized products are submitted to the customer for approval prior to printing or shipping. The customer will receive a Proof either via email or via USPS mail. Once the Proof is approved by the customer, a non-refundable template may be required for the product(s) which can be used for additional purchases of the same product. If a Custom or Personalized product arrives damaged, a refund may be issued for the damaged merchandise, or an exchange may occur.

Free Shipping of $150 or More

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. This free shipping offer does not apply to large products, heavy products, or large quantities of products. Large products, heavy products, or large quantities of products increase shipping weight or volume, causing the shipping cost to exceed the profit margin. Most products that do not qualify for our free standard shipping offer are noted "Free Shipping exempt due to product size and/or weight" on the product detail page.

    Affiliate Program

    We offer an affiliate program for companies interested in reselling our products. This program pays 5% commission on all sales. Sales are automatically tracked to your website and can be viewed by logging into your account, 24/7. Commissions are paid monthly. Payment type may differ per affiliate.
