The classification code for an explosive consists of the Division Number followed by the Compatibility Group Letter. Our explosive placards with tabs feature enable the carrier to complete the placard with the required Compatibility Group Letter. These letters are used to specify controls for the transportation and storage of explosives to prevent an increase in hazards that might result if certain types of explosives were stored or transported together.

Placards meet the requirements in 49 CFR for placarding explosive hazardous material shipments. They can also be used to meet the requirements in IMDG. Placards measure 273mm x 273mm and are available in removable vinyl material. Choose from compatibility groups letters A, B, C, D, E, F,G, H, J, K, or L and division 1.1, 1.2, or 1.3.

SOLD IN PACKAGES OF 25.
